World Book Day
The children and staff at Broomhill dressed up as their favorite character from a book and film. We started the day with a whole school catwalk to show off our outfits and throughout the day each class got to take part in a treasure hunt. At the end of the day we set up a book swap event, where the school was giving away free books. Some children chose to swap an old book with of theirs for a different book. Others just came and picked a new book.
