Eco-Council
Our Eco council is finally up and running and they have already started looking at what we need to do as a school to become more Eco friendly. The Eco council will use this page to keep our school community informed, letting us know what they are doing and how we can help towards supporting our school to be Eco friendly.

What do the Eco Council do?
At Eco Club, we aim to educate children, staff and parents on important environmental issues. Mrs Parfitt, who is our Eco Club leader, discusses with the Eco Councilors ways in which we can reduce the school's carbon footprint and how we can improve the local plant and animal biodiversity. So far, our Eco Club has raised awareness about the homelessness in our local community and collected recyclable crisps packets which were converted into sleeping bags and restored our polytunnels. Hopefully, we will soon have our own chickens too.
